All Haven volunteers are required to attend a 30-hour training program,
commit to 2 1/2 hours a week on the telephones for one year and attend
monthly in-service presentation on the myriad aspects of death and dying.

Haven is funded mainly by donations from individuals in the community
who wish to support our work and by those who donate in memory of a loved
